I don't understand why it is so difficult for some drivers to comprehend what a center turn lane is and how to use it. Sometimes when I see a car with their left turn blinker on, stopped in my lane waiting to turn, I get this urge to pass them on their left in the center turn lane because I can't get around them on the right because of parked cars. But I don't do that. I just wait behind them and stew.
