Shaking Things Up

Will the restructuring effort of new Chief of Staff Bolten really help Bush's sagging approval ratings? I actually liked Scott McClellan who served as White House spokesman but he resigned today. On the other hand, I don't care much for Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld but it seems he gets to keep his job for the time being. I don't know...I don't feel my confidence rising yet.
